Our Playgroup is a welcoming space where children and families come together to connect, play, and learn in a safe and joyful environment. Each session is designed to spark imagination, encourage social skills, and nurture a love of learning through fun, hands-on activities.
Children begin each session with free play, learning how to share, take turns, and build friendships.
From painting clay figures and exploring colours to themed sensory trays (jungle, garden, park, and construction), kids are encouraged to imagine, explore, and express themselves.
Our little learners enjoy nursery rhymes, including simple Islamic phrases like Bismillah and Alhamdulillah, making learning fun and meaningful.
We share inspiring stories, including lessons from the lives of Prophets, helping children connect with values in an engaging way.
Kids get the chance to nurture their own plants and small projects, fostering responsibility and care beyond playgroup hours.
Families gather to enjoy delicious morning tea and snacks together, building community connections over food.
We also organise special experiences that make playgroup even more exciting:
Adventure Play Days – Jumping castles, toys, and laughter all around.
Pony Rides & Farm Visits – Meeting ponies, chickens, cows, and horses while enjoying the beauty of nature.
Imaginative Play Trips – Magical visits to places like the Aladdin House, filled with fairy-tale characters and themed attractions.
Community Fun – Seasonal activities, outdoor play, and memorable family days.
A safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
Fun and educational activities for children
Opportunities for parents and carers to connect
Building friendships and community spirit
✨ Whether it's a regular morning of play or a special adventure day, every playgroup session is filled with laughter, creativity, and meaningful connections. We'd love for you and your little ones to join us!

The New South Wales Central West Muslims Association acknowledges the First Peoples of Australia as the traditional custodians of the land on which we work. We acknowledge their cultures are living ones, which relate to their ongoing connection to all things living and non-living on land, sea and sky. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present. May the children of today lead us to a brighter tomorrow.
