- Install accessible toilets and safe-entry ramps
- Upgrade lighting, ventilation, and fire safety systems
Stage 2: Community Centre & Accommodation — $1,500,000 AUD
- Demolish and clear the existing old accommodation block
- Construct a ground-level community centre with classrooms
- Develop self-contained housing units for families and travellers
- Design safe spaces for terminally ill individuals and homeless guests
